Refund policy

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to return an item 

To ensure we can process your return quickly and efficiently, please follow the steps below:

Create or log in to your account

  • Visit our website and click on Account in the top menu on the right hand side.
  • Or click - https://goneclubldn.myshopify.com/account/login
  • If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one using the email address you used to place your order.

Submit a return request

  • Once logged in, go to My Orders.
  • Select the order you’d like to return and click Request a Return.
  • Fill in the return form with the reason for return and any other required details.

Wait for confirmation

  • Our team will review your request and confirm by email.
  • You’ll receive return instructions and the return address once your request is approved.

Prepare and send your return

  • Pack the items securely and clearly label the package with your order number.
  • Ship the items using your preferred courier service. Return shipping costs are not covered by Goneclub.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and underwear garments (such as swimwear, underwear and socks).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We are happy to offer a refund in line with your statutory rights if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described (in this instance return shipping will be covered). For all other returns, we will provide an exchange or store credit.
